It looks like a chèvre and spreads like a chèvre, but this lovely young cheese is actually made from Lacaune sheep’s milk. Produced in Jumilla (Murcia) in Spain, Wooly Wooly® is rich, sweet and mildly sheepy with a touch of tang. The luscious, creamy texture lends a note of freshness to any cheese board. Simply perfect on fresh bread or crackers served with dried fruit and nuts. We found that whites and rosés work well here. You can also enjoy Wooly Wooly smeared on a bagel with orange marmalade, crumbled into salads, stuffed into pasta or mixed into eggs.
