Please note: Orders placed after 9AM PT / 12PM ET on Wednesday with express shipping, will ship on Monday of the following week, so they won't sit in a carrier’s warehouse over the weekend!

Ship to Multiple AddressesWe make shipping to all your family and friends easy! Select “Ship to Multiple Address” in your cart and specify which products to ship for each delivery.
Vendor Shipped ItemsVendor Shipped items ship FREE of charge, separately from the rest of your order.
Monday / Tuesday DeliveryTo avoid weekend transit and ensure product quality, orders of perishable products cannot be scheduled for Monday delivery except in December when shipping carriers expand their delivery timetables.
Depending on your location, Tuesday delivery may only be available via Overnight Shipping.
Exceptions & Surcharges
Shipping for Saturday DeliverySaturday delivery is available for most zip codes, Saturday delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please use the shipping table above to determine your base shipping rate and add an $8.00 surcharge.
Shipping to Alaska and HawaiiAs, for obvious reasons, there is no Ground-based service to these locations, we use 2-Day / Overnight Shipping as the base rate for these regions, then apply a $24.99 surcharge.
Shipping to Puerto RicoExact delivery date not guaranteed as these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service. Use the table above to determine your base shipping rate, then apply a $16.00 surcharge for 2-Day / Overnight Shipping as the base rate for these regions, then apply a $16.00 surcharge.
International DeliveryUnfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States, excluding APOs, at this time.
Monthly SubscriptionsOur Monthly Subscriptions’ price includes the shipping and handling cost (surcharges apply to orders shipping outside the Continental USA), so there will not be any increases or additional billing for shipping for the duration of your subscription.
Our subscriptions ship the 3rd week of each month.
If you place your order after the 15th of the month your first box will ship the next month.

Order CancellationsIf you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-IGOURMET or firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the cancellation process. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.

FreshWave PackagingWe are dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of every order and are constantly researching and improving our specialized FreshWave packaging system.
Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation. Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
Please note: Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition. Whenever possible - such as in periods of cooler ambient temperatures - we try to use less packaging, more recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary shipping waste.
COMMON SHIPPING Q&A
Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?We can only ship non-perishable items to APO/FPO addresses. As these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service and an exact delivery date is not guaranteed, shipping perishable items risks the chance of spoilage.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?Yes. In your cart you will be given the option to "Ship to multiple addresses."
Can I delay the shipment of my order?Yes. For your convenience, you can choose a specific delivery date (from an available range) via the “shop now, ship later” option in your cart.
When will my subscription box be delivered?Your first box will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will ship around the middle of the month for arrival between the 16th - 25th. If you haven’t received your box by the 26th, please feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
When will my order arrive?We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1-3 business days to process. Around major holidays, things may take a little bit longer i.e. up to 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement.
We use FedEx to ship all of our packages. Average Standard shipping times, according to FedEx, are listed below. Please note that it is possible for things to take longer in the event of inclement weather.
