Shipping rates and costs:

Shipping rates are calculated based on many factors including the types of products in the cart and which location products are shipping from. Many of our gift sets actually ship for free!. Please add your items to your cart and then shipping costs and options will be displayed on the shipping information page during checkout.

* Notes on perishable orders:

  • Orders above $100 receive a shipping discount - check your cart for details.
  • Perishable orders placed after 11AM PT / 2PM EST on Friday will ship the next Monday.
  • Perishable products are clearly labeled on product pages as well as in your shopping cart. Most-perishable items require overnight shipping to ensure their freshness.

Schedule your delivery: Suprising a loved on with a gourmet gift on their birthday? Buying cheese for a party in a couple of weeks? We offer a Buy now, Ship later! shipping option in the cart so you can choose your preferred delivery date.

Ship To Multiple Addresses: We make shipping to all your family and friends easy! Select “Ship to Multiple Address” in your cart to split your order into multiple deliveries.

Shipping for Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for most zip codes, Saturday delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check your shopping cart for shipping rate details.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
As, for obvious reasons, there is no Ground-based service to these locations, we use 2-Day / Overnight Shipping options. Check your cart for pricing.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

FreshWave Packaging

We take great care to ensure that our products reach your doorstep in the best possible condition. Our Freshwave packaging system prioritize both the safety and quality of our food products, and minimal environmental impact.

When shipping perishable orders, we use Tempguard - a specially designed insulator made entirely of pre-consumer recycled paper material. We add recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs to regulate temperature during transport. During hotter months, we may include dry ice to further maintain cool temperatures.

Please help us preserve our environment and promote sustainability by recycling the shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill, all of which are 100% curbside recyclable. You can also extend the lifespan of the gel packs by storing them in your freezer and reusing them for your next picnic or road trip to keep your food fresh and cool.

Monthly Subscriptions

Our Monthly Subscriptions’ price includes the shipping and handling cost (surcharges apply to orders shipping outside the Continental USA), so there will not be any increases or additional billing for shipping for the duration of your subscription.

Our subscriptions ship the 3rd week of each month.

If you place your order after the 15th of the month your first box will ship the next month.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-IGOURMET or cservice@igourmet.com to begin the cancellation process. For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.

Refunds & Replacements

While we always strive to deliver the finest products in perfect condition, sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If you encounter any shipping or quality-related concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right!

COMMON SHIPPING Q&A

Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
We can only ship non-perishable items to APO/FPO addresses. As these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service and an exact delivery date is not guaranteed, shipping perishable items risks the chance of spoilage.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Yes. In your cart you will be given the option to "Ship to multiple addresses."
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. For your convenience, you can choose a specific delivery date (from an available range) via the “shop now, ship later” option in your cart.
When will my subscription box be delivered?
Our subscriptions ship the 3rd week of each month.

When will my order arrive?
We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1-2 business days to process. Around major holidays, things may take a little bit longer i.e. up to 3-4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement.

We use FedEx to ship all of our packages. Please note that it is possible for things to take longer in the event of inclement weather.
