For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Made in the USA in the style of the finest French butters on earth, Beurremont’s rich, creamy butter starts with fresh milk sourced from century-old, family-run New England dairy farms. It’s gently cultured to enhance its flavor and churned the old-fashioned way while being infused with Fleur de Sel de Guerande, a delicate French sea salt produced using a centuries-old traditional method. The finished butter has a luscious 83 percent butterfat (as opposed to the approx. 80 percent found in commercial American butters), leading to a richness that’s evident in every bite.

When Beurremont first came onto the scene in 1998, it was the very first American butter made in the traditional French style. Like all the great French butters, it doesn’t just elevate a simple slice of toast into a gourmet dining experience; it also works beautifully in recipes for everything from sauces to flaky pastries to all other baked goods. It’s also beautifully presented in a French-style roll.
