Dolmas are the centerpiece of the Greek
mezé tradition. A
mezé is an assortment of Greek appetizers, similar to an Italian
antipasto. Enjoy these soft and tender grape leaves that are filled with rice, and seasoned with sweet onions, fresh dill, and mint. They are great atop Greek salad, too.
Serve at room temperature straight out of the tin!
