Oranges have cornered the market on marmalade for far too long! Made with seasonal Tunisian citrus, grown in the historic town of Tebourba and farmed using traditional methods, this bright and tangy Grapefruit Marmalade is especially concentrated and fragrant. That’s because Les Moulins Mahjoub uses minimal sugar in their spreads, and completely rejects additives or artificial processes. The resulting rind-rich preserves are only subtly sweet, and a lot more fruit-forward than their commercial American counterparts. Appreciate the marmalade’s understated elegance by dabbing a bit on a baguette. Take advantage of its savory qualities by making a pan sauce for meat. Or create a showstopping hors d’oeuvre by a painting a grapefruity layer over a wheel of baked brie, enveloped in golden puff pastry.
