Léon Bouley founded a mustard mill and oil press in 1840 in France. It was not long before the quality of his products was recognized, resulting in the award of a diploma from the City of Paris in 1903, during the Great International Exhibition. In 1928, Edmond Fallot took over the business and expanded it into the respected brand that still exists today. With their unflinching level of quality, it's no wonder this brand has lasted over 80 years!
Edmond Fallot's seed-style, whole grain mustard is perfect for sandwiches, sauces, and dipping. The distinct high quality and flavor of this specialty mustard is due to the traditional grinding of the mustard seeds with silex grindstones.
