Cheers to great cheese and even better company! The assortment includes:
- Double Gloucester with Onion & Chives: The creamy Double Gloucester base, combined with the tangy bite of chives and the sweetness of onions, creates a satisfying, snackable cheese that’s made for sharing over drinks. (1/2 lb)
- Shropshire Blue: Made in a similar way to Stilton, it is a soft cheese with a sharp, strong flavor that takes between six to eight weeks to mature. Orange in color with blue veining, it enjoys a slightly tangy aroma. (1/2 lb)
- Cabot Clothbound by Jasper Hills: In 2003, Cabot Creamery asked Jasper Hill Farm to age a special batch of English-style clothbound cheddar. This was the beginning of a revolutionary partnership. Cabot Clothbound is a handsome natural-rinded traditional cheddar. Bandaged with muslin and skillfully aged a minimum of 10 months at the Cellars at Jasper Hill. It has all the characteristic texture of an English-style cheddar with the sweet caramel and milky flavors that sets it apart from other bandaged cheddars. (1/2 lb)
- The Drunken Goat: This is a pure goat's milk cheese from the stunning region of Murcia. Often referred to as Drunken Goat, this cheese is washed in local red wine. (1/2 lb)
