This wonderful Italian cheese is the perfect example of a Tuscan pecorino - made out of sheep's milk in Siena, this is aged for about 2 months, for younger, fresher interpretation of this cheese. With a mild and fruity flavor, it's perfect for melting, snacking and cooking. Labeled DOP, this is made under the strict supervision of the Pecorino Consortium in Val d' Aosta.
