Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Plymouth Artisan Cheese brings a new cheddar with a fresh, herbal twist to the table. Infused with sage, thyme, rosemary, lavender, and oregano, Sage and Herbs Cheddar is just the thing for when you want to add a little something extra to your cheese board without going the spicy or stinky route. It's aromatic and savory, smooth but fresh, filled with a garden of fresh flavors.

It’s aged for 60 days, so the flavors have enough time to meld with the cheddar, offering a taste that’s herbal yet not overwhelmingly so. Try it alongside fruit—like pears or grapes—or on a sandwich with roasted veggies, which brings the herbs down to earth. It’s the kind of cheese that brings a little charm to any meal, with enough personality to hold its own.

Plymouth Artisan Cheeses makes wonderful cheeses rooted in Vermont’s rich dairy tradition, using raw milk from a single herd of Holstein and Jersey cows. We love their commitment to preserving old-world techniques, using recipes that date back to 1890. Every block of cheese is made in small batches, aged naturally, and dipped in wax just like they did over a century ago.
