This incredible and unique raclette is produced by Franz Renggli, a renowned cheese maker from Oderberg, Switzerland. Franz uses only fresh milk from the Alps, which is then thermalized (not pasteurized) in order to maintain the full flavor of the milk. Franz then adds small pieces of porcini mushroom, adding a distinct flavor to this fabulous cheese.
