Marinated in garlic and herbs, these oven roasted tomatoes stand out with fresh goat cheese and thyme in a breakfast quiche, melted in a panini with Toma cheese or pureed in your favorite pasta sauce. This 6.4 lb bulk can can be portioned and frozen for later use, or is available to have on hand for a wide range of cooking needs.
