A unique blue soaked in gin, sweet red vermouth and bitter liqueur, and topped with candied orange slices, evoking the flavors of a classic Italian Negroni cocktail. This cheese is the brainchild of Sergio and Susi Moro's son Giovanni, who wanted to create a line of cheeses that could be easily paired with cocktails. The sweet, lightly fruity paste balances the sharpness of blue veining, with aromas of stone fruit and botanical herbs. Sergio Moro crafts unique cow’s milk cheeses that reflect the terroir of his home region in Italy, Veneto.
