Made with RBST-free pasteurized cow's milk, this creamy young Red Wax Gouda has a refreshing tang from the additional ripening of the milk and the partial washing of the curd. The makers—who are Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Certified—take pride in using only the highest quality, hyper-local milk, from second and third-generation Wisconsin dairy families. It all results in a light, buttery, and faintly nutty cheese, that smoothly slices into perfect bites for pairing with a light lager or buttery Chardonnay. Gouda is also an exceptional melter, meaning it’ll make an amazing base for an upscale mac and cheese!
