Blakesville Creamery was founded in Port Washington, Wisconsin, in 2020 on a mission to produce the highest-quality artisan goat cheeses. It’s a farmstead creamery, meaning that all their cheeses are made by hand on the same farm where their goats are raised and their milk is collected. All of their cheeses are made in a state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot creamery using traditional, time-honored techniques.
