The newest member of the Central Coast Creamery family, Faultline is a 100 percent cow’s milk cheese that’s deeply flavorful but still a total crowdpleaser. It’s made using Alpine cultures, which results in a semi-firm cheese that’s reminiscent of the cheeses of that region: nutty, sharp, and slightly fruity, with small holes and small, crunchy crystals. Pair it with smoked ham, apples, walnuts, and whole grain mustard.
Central Coast Creamery, founded in 2012 by Reggie and Kellie Jones, brings generations of dairy expertise to Paso Robles, California. With a climate perfect for dairy farming, the region has supported cheesemaking for over 150 years. The creamery produces an array of cheeses made from cow, sheep, and goat milk.
