Since the early 1800s, the land where Everton's cows graze has been home to Jacobs and Brichford family farm. Located in Southeast Indiana, nestled in the Whitewater River Valley, all the milk used in this incredible cheese is produced on the farm, from grass-fed, Jersey, Normande and Tarentaise cross cows.
