This bright and herbaceous French mustard is made with fresh tarragon leaves. It’s incredible versatile – use it as a sandwich spread (it’s perfect with ham or fresh-roasted turkey), serve it alongside roast meats like chicken and pork tenderloin as a condiment, or stir some into salad dressings, creamy sauces or gravies to really make the flavor pop.
Edmond Fallot has been synonymous with artisan mustard since its founding in 1840 in Beaune, Burgundy, just steps from Dijon. The last independent mustard house in the region, it is still family-run, now led by Marc Desarmenien, and beloved around the world for its exceptional quality and authentic French flavor.
