Hook’s Medium Cheddar is made with cow’s milk from small, local farms near their Mineral Point, Wisconsin facility. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for something that’s flavorful but not as intense as the aged varieties like Hook's 5- or 10-year cheddars. We love it with light wines like a Pinot Grigio!
