Calabro Cheese Corporation, entering it’s 63rd year producing world class Italian cheeses, is proud to announce that they have been awarded two medals at the 2015 American Cheese Society that took place in Rhode Island. This year they took Gold Medal, First Place, for their Burrata. It is considered the most distinguished competition in the United States for the artisanal cheese maker. Calabro cheese has kept the family’s old world techniques, and the awards are a testament to the long-standing quality of their products. 1st place winner for Burrata cheese from the American Cheese Society 2015.
