Made according to traditional, time-honored techniques, Edmond Fallot’s whole grain mustard is more rustic, hearty, and coarse-textured than traditional smooth and creamy Dijon mustards. It’s ideal as a sandwich spread (especially with French ham and Gruyere) blends beautifully into cream sauces and salad dressings, and is a perfect condiment for grilled meats.
Edmond Fallot was established in 1840 in Beaune, Burgundy, near Dijon, the mustard capital of France. As the last remaining independent, family-owned mustard producer in the region, and now led by Edmond Fallot’s grandson, Marc Desarmenien, the company’s reputation for quality spans the globe.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, white wine (16.7%), vinegar, salt, mustard seed husks, sugar, spices.
