For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Vermont Creamery cultured butter is a European-style butter made from fresh Vermont cream that is cultured before churning to develop deeper flavor and a smoother texture. Live bacterial cultures are added to the cream and allowed to ferment, creating a butter with a rich, creamy consistency and subtle notes of buttermilk and toasted nuts. The result is a well-rounded, full-flavored butter that stands out in both everyday use and more refined applications.
