Situated along the picturesque border where Italy meets Switzerland, Molino e Pastificio has been run by the Fisler family since the early 20th century. With a deep respect for tradition and an enduring passion for quality, the Fislers have spent generations perfecting the art of pasta-making. Drawing from local grains and time-honored methods, they continue to produce exceptional pasta that reflects the character of their Alpine surroundings.
One of their signature shapes, Ternetta, is a long, flat ribbon of pasta that resembles linguine but carries a distinct identity of its own. Made with hard durum wheat semolina, it has a firm bite and a natural depth of flavor, with a gentle nuttiness and a slightly coarse texture that holds sauces beautifully. Whether paired with pesto, seafood, or a rich ragù, Ternetta’s graceful, 16-inch length adds both elegance and authenticity to the plate.
