Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

These semi-boneless quails offer a refined take on a classic game bird, prized for their naturally rich, tender dark meat. Raised cage-free in Catalonia, these quails are fed a cereal-rich, vegetarian, GMO-free diet, resulting in a clean, slightly sweet, and subtly nutty flavor. The semi-boneless preparation makes them easier to cook and serve while still preserving their structure and presentation, making them well suited for both home cooks and professional kitchens.

Quail cooks quickly and benefits from high-heat methods that preserve its moisture and enhance its flavor. Roast at high temperatures, around 450–500°F, for 10 to 15 minutes, or sear over direct heat before finishing over indirect heat on the grill. Cook to an internal temperature of 150°F for optimal tenderness. Serve one bird as an elegant appetizer or two as a main course, paired with seasonal vegetables, grains, or simple sauces that complement its natural richness.
