Smörgåskaviar, or sandwich caviar, is an affordable alternative to the costly Sturgeon varieties. Made with smoked cod roe (60%) and dill, this is an easy last minute snack for any gathering. In Sweden, this spread is used to top sandwiches, hardboiled eggs, or crisp raw vegetables.
