Quesería La Antigua’s sheep milk cheese with white truffles is an indulgent, cellar-aged Spanish cheese elevated with the unmistakable aroma of fresh Italian white truffles from Piemonte. Made from raw sheep’s milk sourced from native herds, the curds are infused with finely shaved truffle during production, allowing the earthy, heady perfume to permeate the cheese as it matures for four months. The result is a firm yet creamy manchego-style cheese with a rich, nutty depth, lifted by the intoxicating, savory intensity of true white truffle.
