For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. Quesería La Antigua’s Sheep Milk Cheese with White Truffles is an opulent blend of raw sheep’s milk and authentic Italian white truffles, aged for six full months to achieve exceptional depth, aroma, and complexity. During maturation, the earthy perfume of Piemonte white truffles infuses every inch of the cheese’s firm, ivory paste, enhancing the natural richness and tang of the sheep’s milk. The extended aging time produces a more structured texture, amplified savoriness, and a lingering, truffle-forward finish that feels both refined and indulgent.

This luxurious cheese elevates everything it touches—melt it into risotto or polenta, shave it over fresh pasta or soft-scrambled eggs, or serve it at room temperature with crusty bread to appreciate its full aromatic power. Its bold personality also makes it a centerpiece on cheese boards, beautifully balanced by sweet, fruity, or smoky accompaniments.

Based in Zamora, Quesería La Antigua is dedicated to preserving traditional cheesemaking using milk from native Churra and Castellana sheep. With more than 30 varieties of artisan raw and pasteurized sheep’s milk cheeses, the creamery is known for meticulous aging, careful sourcing, and a commitment to honoring the region’s pastoral heritage.
