Caber, in collaboration with the Department of Food Science of the University of Bologna has developed a new technology that allows the constant presence - even after the jar has been opened – of iodine in this sea salt. Caber therefore guarantees the presence of iodine in this product.

Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.
