Casas de Hualdo Extra Virgin Olive Oils hails from La Mancha in Spain. Their Reserve de Familia is an exceptionally balanced blend of Spain’s best four monocultivar olive oils - Picual, Arbequina, Cornicabra and Manzanilla. Each oil is extracted separately at the start of harvest. The result is an intense, fruity EVOO with unforgettable nuances of tomato leaves, freshly cut leaves of olive tree, artichokes, almond and apple. It has an aromatic complexity, both in the nostrils and in the palate, with a lingering finish. A treasure to be locked under key!
In 1986, businessman Francisco Riberas acquired the La Ventilla farm in El Carpio de Tajo, on the banks of the River Tigus. By 1996, he’d successfully planted up to 300,000 olive trees, and an oil mill officially opened 13 years after that. Today, Casa de Hualdo has emerged as an industry leader when it comes to sustainability and renewable energy.
