How We Ship

FreshWave Packaging

Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

This is a classic Italian dry-cured ham aged to achieve a balanced, refined flavor and silky texture. Produced in Parma under strict DOP regulations, this prosciutto is made using only select pork, sea salt, and time, allowing its natural character to fully develop over 16 months of curing.

The texture is tender and smooth, with a delicate marbling that melts on the palate. Its flavor is nuanced and well-rounded, offering notes of sweet cream, light nuttiness, and gentle salinity with a clean, elegant finish. The boneless format makes it easy to slice, providing consistent, thin cuts ideal for a range of applications.

Curated by Salumeria Rosi, an Italian restaurant and salumi shop known for bringing the flavors of Northern Italy to New York, this prosciutto reflects a commitment to quality and tradition. It is perfect for charcuterie boards, pairing with cheeses and wine, or incorporating into classic Italian dishes.
