How We Ship

FreshWave Packaging

Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

This rolled pancetta is crafted from first-choice pork belly, carefully salted, seasoned with pepper and garlic, and tightly rolled by hand before being dry-cured under strict quality control and USDA standards. The curing process develops depth and balance, while dextrose and sodium erythorbate support consistency and preservation. The result is a traditional Italian-style pancetta with focused seasoning and a firm yet supple texture.

When sliced, the pancetta reveals distinct layers of meat and fat that render beautifully when cooked, releasing savory richness and gentle spice. Its clean pork flavor and aromatic profile make it ideal for wrapping roasts, enriching sauces and pasta dishes, or crisping for salads and vegetables. In larger 3.5 lb format, it is well suited for foodservice or extended kitchen use.

Founded in 1812 during the reign of Napoléon Bonaparte, Fratelli Beretta is the longest-standing family-owned business in Italian charcuterie. Expanding from a small local processor into a modern manufacturer, the company has preserved traditional recipes while embracing innovation. Produced in the United States since 1997 according to Italian tradition, Beretta pancetta reflects centuries of craftsmanship and enduring family heritage.

Ingredients: Pork belly rolled and flavored with pepper and garlic, dry cured with salt, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, flavoring and sodium nitrite.
