Felicetti Organic Kamut® Khorasan Wheat Chiocciole Pasta is a delicious twist on tradition, made with an ancient grain known for its sweet, nutty, and buttery flavor. Sourced from organic Kamut® wheat, this pasta offers a deeper, more complex taste than typical durum varieties, and releases a delicate aroma of pine nuts as it cooks. The chiocciole (or “snail shell”) shape is ideal for capturing sauces, from hearty ragù to silky cream-based creations.
Like all Felicetti pastas, this variety is crafted at the foot of Italy’s Dolomite mountains using clean mountain air, pure spring water, and time-honored techniques. Bronze-die extrusion gives it a rustic texture that clings beautifully to any sauce.
