The Caro brothers (Fernando, Manuel and Pepe) are third generation chocolate makers, learning the trade from their father and grandfather. Their irresistible and addictive chocolate-covered orange delicacy starts with expertly candied orange slices. The candied slices are hand-dipped in 56% dark chocolate made from 100% Forastero cacao grown on the Costa de Marfil in Ivory Coast.
