Red Bear Provisions’ Old Kiev Dry Salami is based on a classic Ukrainian recipe and crafted in Chicago using pasture-raised, heritage Berkshire pork. Coarsely ground with generous flecks of snowy-white fat, this salami has a traditional, rustic structure that highlights both the quality of the meat and the simplicity of its seasoning.

Garlic, black pepper, and sea salt form the core of the flavor, allowing the pork to remain front and center. The salami is lightly smoked over a blend of maple, oak, and hickory before being hung to dry for several weeks.
