Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Nueske’s Canadian Bacon is a premium, loin-cut pork product known for its exceptional leanness, tenderness, and signature applewood-smoked flavor. This 2.5-pound slab is carefully hand-trimmed to remove excess fat, resulting in a clean, meaty texture that delivers rich flavor without heaviness. Fully cooked and ready to use, it only needs gentle warming before serving.

Slowly smoked over glowing embers of sweet applewood, the bacon develops a deep, aromatic smokiness balanced by a subtle natural sweetness. The texture is firm yet tender, making it ideal for slicing thick as a centerpiece or thin for classic preparations like eggs Benedict, breakfast plates, or sandwiches.

Nueske’s heritage dates back to 1882, when the family brought traditional European smoking techniques to Wisconsin. In 1933, R.C. Nueske began selling his smoked meats during the Great Depression, building a reputation for quality that continues today. Still family-run, Nueske’s adheres to time-honored recipes, hand-blended spices, and slow smoking over applewood embers, ensuring the same depth of flavor and craftsmanship that have defined the brand for generations.
