Coarsely ground pork is seasoned simply with black peppercorn, white pepper, garlic, spices, and red wine, then fermented and aged for three months to develop its clean, robust flavor. The result is a beautifully balanced salami with a savory, peppery finish and a texture that reflects traditional Italian craftsmanship.
