Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Angel’s Nostrano Salami is a classic Northern Italian–style salami made from 100% Berkshire pork. Coarsely ground pork is seasoned simply with black peppercorn, white pepper, garlic, spices, and red wine, then fermented and aged for three months to develop its clean, robust flavor. The result is a beautifully balanced salami with a savory, peppery finish and a texture that reflects traditional Italian craftsmanship.

Thinly sliced, Nostrano Salami is ideal for charcuterie boards, antipasto platters, or layered onto sandwiches. Its bright, pepper-forward character pairs effortlessly with a variety of cheeses, wines, and accompaniments, making it a versatile staple for entertaining or everyday meals.

Angel’s Salumi and Truffles was founded by Pascal Besset, a French-trained charcutier with decades of experience in Monte Carlo, the South of France, and Paris. His dedication to traditional methods and responsibly sourced meats is reflected in every salami, including this nod to Italy’s timeless salumi traditions.

  • Pairings: Chianti, Barbera, or Pinot Noir; Belgian Tripel or amber ale.
  • Ingredients: Berkshire pork, sea salt, white wine, nonfat dry milk, flavors (including spices), organic dextrose, organic sugar in the raw, black peppercorn, white pepper ground, garlic, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing.
