Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Vill’Antica mozzarella di bufala is a traditional Italian fresh cheese made from the milk of Mediterranean water buffalo. Naturally higher in fat than cow’s milk, buffalo milk gives this mozzarella its signature richness, with a creamy, slightly tangy flavor and a soft, supple texture. Formed into classic spheres and packed in brine to preserve freshness, it has a moist, gently elastic consistency and a clean, milky finish that reflects its artisanal production.

Serve at room temperature to fully appreciate its texture and flavor. Enjoy it simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of flaky salt, and freshly ground pepper, or pair with ripe tomatoes, basil, and crusty bread for a classic presentation. It also works well on cheese boards alongside olives, roasted peppers, fresh fruit like figs or melon, and cured meats such as prosciutto. Keep preparations minimal to let the cheese’s natural richness stand out.
