Le Trois Petits Cochons (The Three Little Pigs) have been producing all-natural pates in small, handmade batches, using high-quality ingredients since 1975. Their Duck Liver Mousse with Port Wine is a fine example of their fantastic creations. The province of Sologne inspired this delectable blend of duck liver and pork meat, delicately flavored with port wine and natural spices.
