Ehmer’s Moskow Dry Salami is a European-style salame crafted from firm-textured pork seasoned with salt, garlic, and a traditional blend of spices. Slow-cured and lightly smoked, it develops a dense structure and balanced savory profile, encased in a characteristic white skin that reflects classic dry salami preparation.

The texture is compact and sliceable, ideal for cutting into dime-thick rounds with a knife or deli slicer. Flavor is well-rounded and gently spiced, with subtle garlic notes and a clean finish that makes it versatile for salads, pizza toppings, charcuterie boards, or layered into sandwiches. Its firmness allows for precise slicing while delivering satisfying depth in every bite.
