Is this an antipasto board in a jar? It certainly tastes like it. Divina takes a blend of smoky and fruity olives, adds a generous amount of Feta chunks, sliced red peppers and then marinates all of it in a blend of garlic, spices, sea salt and sunflower oil. A great snack right out of the out of the jar, or served with an aperitif. Enjoy with fresh pita bread. This is also a perfect addition to salads (use the oil for dressing!) - try mixing it with salami, cucumber and roasted peppers for a twist on the classic Greek salad. It's wonderful tossed into grain bowls or chopped and stuffed into an avocado with some hot sliced peppers.
