Inspired by the love of Mediterranean food, Brooklyn Cured created this pork and lamb salami flavored with the unique addition of za'atar spice.
Za'atar is an earthy blend of sumac, thyme and sesame that complement lamb perfectly. The addition of cane cola adds a subtle sweetness and herbaceous element that make this blended salami a tasty new favorite.
