A genrerous amount of palm sugar is added. Aromatic spices complete the unique flavor profile. Widely used for satay, it is a central ingredient in the national dish of Indonesia, nasi goreng (fried rice) and also mie goreng (fried noodles). This sweet soy sauce has made its way to the Netherlands and has become a popular condiment.
