Company founder Jolene "Jojo" Collins began making sriracha out of necessity. Trying to cut refined sugar from her diet, she found that her favorite condiment actually contained quite a lot. Using the best, freshest peppers she could find, she learned how to ferment and make her own sriracha sauce. She makes her sauce with just 5 ingredients: chili peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic garlic, sea salt and organic palm sugar.
