For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Fermin’s boneless Jamón Ibérico is a remarkable showcase of Spain’s most prized ham, crafted from purebred Ibérico pigs raised near La Alberca in Salamanca. Cured in the region’s mountain air using traditional methods, this jamón delivers deep, savory flavor with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and delicate marbling. Rich in naturally occurring monounsaturated oleic fats (similar to those found in premium olive oil) it offers exceptional taste while supporting a balanced Mediterranean-style diet.

Boneless jamón ibérico is ideal for slicing by hand or with a meat slicer, allowing you to produce ultra-thin ribbons that shine on charcuterie boards and tapas spreads. Serve it at room temperature to unlock aromas of roasted nuts, warm spices, and cured sweetness. Layer it onto crusty bread with tomato, drape over grilled vegetables, pair with manchego or aged goat cheese, or finish eggs, salads, and pasta with a luxurious touch.
