For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Iberico cheese is a Spanish classic made from a blend of cow, sheep, and goat’s milk, aged for three months to develop a balanced, approachable flavor. The texture is firm yet supple, with a smooth, sliceable consistency. Its taste is mild and nutty with subtle buttery notes, layered with a gentle tang from the mixed milks that adds depth without overwhelming the palate.

Serve it as part of a cheese board alongside cured meats, olives, and crusty bread, or pair with quince paste, nuts, and fresh fruit. It melts well for sandwiches, tapas, and baked dishes, and works just as easily as an everyday snacking cheese. Pair with medium-bodied red wines, crisp whites, or Spanish beer for a straightforward, versatile match.

Produced in Spain, Iberico cheese reflects a long-standing tradition of blending milks to achieve complexity and balance. Aged for a shorter period than fully cured varieties, the semicured style offers a more accessible texture and flavor while still showcasing the character of Spain’s cheesemaking heritage.
