Mileeven, is located in the beautiful countryside of South County Kilkenny, just outside the village of Owning. Mileeven began as bee-keepers, selling what they produced, straight from the bees to the consumer. The name "Mileeven" comes from the Irish "mil" and "aobhainn" which means delightful or delicious honey and the Owning area has been a rich source of honey for generations. Mileeven's Honey with John Jameson & Son Irish Whiskey unites two Irish classics: the pure, natural flavor of honey from the Irish countryside and an exceptionally smooth Irish whiskey. Try them on toast, brown bread, with cereals, yogurt, in ice cream or drizzled over your favorite fruit.
