BOLA Granola’s owner/founder Michèle Miller learned firsthand from her Parisian mother, how important food is to life and how it brings people together. Michèle began her professional cooking career at Alice Brock’s restaurant in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. In 1975, Michèle opened her first bakery in Lenox, Mass., and in 1987 opened the Boiler Room Cafe in the Old Buggy Whip Factory, an intimate mediterranean-tapas restaurant.
