When our in-house food experts set out to develop a new line of private label products for igourmet, we had to focus on what we know best: cheese. But we took it a step further and married two perfect pairings: cheese & chocolate, for a truly outstanding chocolate bar crafted for and by cheese lovers.
This handcrafted bar was co-created with Markham & Fitz based in Bentonville, AR, bean-to-bar chocolate makers who source organic and bio dynamically grown cocoa beans picked by hand, and by farmers who receive above fair trade compensation for their work. Handmade with the finest ingredients, this chocolate bar uses nutty Artikaas 5-Year Aged Gouda from the Netherlands and the perfect dash of spicy peppercorn for an exquisite melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, all combined into a bar that is deliciously sweet and savory, not to mention visually stunning.
