Ghost Pepper (Naga Jolokia) is one of the spiciest culinary peppers around. Produced from Louisiana wild Bowfin Caviar, infused upon production exclusively. Hot, but not burning, this is a caviar that can be really enjoyed by those who indulge in spicy cuisine. Add this on an oyster, dollop on a Bloody Mary, brighten up scrambled eggs... Serves 2-4 people.
