Nori is the Japanese word for seaweed. Established in Tokyo, Japan, Takaokaya has been producing nori with traditional methods since 1890. Harvested in the ocean without any additives, Takaokaya produces its nori in a rack-drying process that is similar to paper making. Kizami nori is seaweed that has been roasted and then finely shredded. It is perfect for garnishing noodles, rice, grains and salads, adding bright color, flavor and nutrition.
