Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition! We’ve carefully selected packaging options that have minimal impact on the environment without compromising on food safety or quality.

For perishable orders, we line our shipping boxes with Tempguard - a unique, padded insulator made of 100% pre-consumer recycled paper material. We further control the temperature with recycled kraft paper fill and non-toxic frozen gel packs. In the summer months, we may include dry ice to ensure fresh delivery in very hot weather.

Note: Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by recycling your shipping box, Tempguard liner, and kraft fill (all 100% curbside recyclable!). Store the gel packs in your freezer and reuse to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Angel’s Cured Duck Breast is a classic French-style duck prosciutto, air-dried for 35 days to achieve its silky texture and rich, savory depth. Made from Certified Cage-Free, antibiotic- and hormone-free duck, it’s seasoned simply with sea salt, black peppercorn, garlic, and raw sugar, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to shine. The result is tender and elegant, with a hint of sweetness balanced by a subtle saltiness.

Thinly sliced, this duck prosciutto is excellent wrapped around melon or seafood, layered onto charcuterie boards, or paired with soft cheeses. It also elevates salads, sandwiches, and appetizers with refined flavor and luxurious texture.

Angel’s Salumi and Truffles was founded by Pascal Besset, a French-trained charcutier who honed his craft in Monte Carlo, the South of France, and Paris. His dedication to traditional methods and responsibly raised ingredients has made Angel’s a trusted name in artisanal salumi.
